Dr. Andrew Huynh is excited to return to his hometown of San Diego to serve as a pediatric dentist in his community. He earned a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Huynh then completed his dental training at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he had the opportunity to take part in dental mission trips to treat the pediatric populations in Honduras and China. These unforgettable experiences assured Dr. Huynh that a specialty in pediatric dentistry was the right path for him. He completed his pediatric dental residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine/Boston Children’s Hospital, where he had extensive training in treating children from all backgrounds, including those with special healthcare needs and complex medical histories. Dr. Huynh is an active member in the following organizations:
- American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
- California Society of Pediatric Dentistry
- American Dental Association
- California Dental Association
- San Diego County Dental Society
Dr. Huynh hopes to have a positive impact on children’s dental health through fun and educational experiences at each dental visit! When he is not working, you can find Dr. Huynh jogging around San Diego, on the tennis court, or relaxing on the beach.
